Training

All our people deserve a safe, respectful and healthy working environment so we take Health and Safety, Environmental and Skills training seriously. We have in place a cross company Training Plan for Site Operatives through to Directors and are committed to ensuring our people have the best skills and knowledge.

We are CITB registered and with our involvement in our trade federation, Finishes & Interiors Sector (FIS), we are able to link into all current initiatives and pilot schemes as opportunities arise.

With the focus being evermore on Health and Safety and Environmental Training and Skills, we have forged strong relationships with Specialist Training Providers with specific knowledge and resources within our sector. This means that we can ensure that our team gets the best possible training and knowledge and that targets are being met on an ongoing basis.

Apprenticeships

We also are able to provide opportunities for young people or those looking for a change of career to gain work experience or train as apprentices with us either on site in our trades or in the office in administration and quantity surveying.

Community

In 2010, we launched our Company Charity initiative and each year, all our team have input into nominating our charity of choice. They also have input into determining the fundraising activities that take place and over the years we have raised many thousands of pounds.
