Mansell Finishes is delighted to announce the appointment of Steve Wilcock to its senior management team as Off-Site Contracts Manager.
Reporting to the board of directors, Steve is a dedicated, senior resource and will oversee all off-site project activity for the company, which includes the design and production of all pre-fabricated structural framing systems at the company’s dedicated manufacturing facility based in Manchester. Steve is also responsible for all the on-site build works, coordination and ultimately successful handover of works to the client.
Having previously held similar positions at Elements Europe and PAW Structures, Steve brings considerable experience to the team. He commenced his career as a bricklaying apprentice with Costain before undertaking various roles as a mechanical and electrical engineer. For the last 16 years Steve has been working with modular building systems.
The role is the latest appointment to Mansell’s SFS division and further evidence of the company’s recognition of pre-fabricated SFS as an increasingly important and popular method of construction.
