Mansell Finishes recognise the need to talk to its staff, especially as far as Health and Safety is concerned. To that end, we have an informal consultation procedure in place, consisting of: -
Site Operatives (Employees and Sub Contractors)
• Tool box talks - there is an opportunity to discuss any Health and Safety issues in this forum
• Visible Access to SHEQ Manager during Fortnightly Site Inspections
Site Managers
• Health & Safety is item on agenda during monthly Contracts in Progress meetings
• Internal Health & Safety Newsletter View example newsletter 8
• Access to internal Health and Safety Manager 24 hours a day; 7 days a week
Directors
Quarterly Safety Committee Meeting held on site. Members of committee include SHEQ Manager; 2 No. Directors; Site Manager Representatives; Site Operative Representatives
