Mansell Finishes are committed to the CSCS Scheme, and, as such, have been working towards compliance for the last 5 years. We will maintain this commitment to the Scheme.

We can confirm that 100% of our directly employed labour (including site managers, commercial staff and operatives) hold a CSCS Card.

As far as labour-only sub contractors are concerned, we estimate being 90% compliant at any given point in time.  Any new operative that does not have a CSCS Card will be Health and Safety tested and NVQ registered within twelve weeks of their first payment. As such, we anticipate maintaining our compliance rate.
