Training

Mansell Finishes take Health and Safety and Skills training seriously at all levels on site. We are committed to the following courses for the groups indicated

Site Operatives (Employees and Sub Contractors)
• Operative details form acts as Training Needs Analysis/Training Record
• PASMA and Abrasive Wheels (where applicable) are mandatory requirements to work for Mansells Finishes Limited.
Other appropriate courses, eg Safe Use of Harnesses and MEWP training are organised where work activity demands
• CSCS cards are checked. If operative has no card, MFL will assist with Health & Safety Test and NVQ registration within 3 months of commencing
