Mansell Finishes have recognised the importance of running large Drylining packages in the right manner. This is based upon the principal that management of our own package by ourselves is a key service we can provide to our clients.

To this end, we currently employ 16 Project Managers, Senior Site Managers, Site Managers and Site Supervisors, all with hands on experience in our sector - they were all once plasterers; fixers; tapers and even engineers!
Via our site management teams, we look to work closely with our clients to produce logistics plans; quality plans; resource programmes; site records; as well as health and safety documentation. In turn, this allows us to manage sites effectively.

We have agreements with independent contractors who provide to us labourers who get our material into a job, and assist in getting waste out.

For us, the key factor in construction is the right people. Site management has to be of the right caliber and have the right experience. Mansell Finishes have an established site team and engage skilled and proven sub contractors.
