We have consolidated our purchasing policy into the use of tried and tested suppliers and distributors, with whom we have strong business relationships. We have lines of necessary credit with our chosen suppliers and a framework agreement as to service levels and stock profiles required for our contracts. Information exchange is crucial, meaning we can use our suppliers to ensure we deliver our company aim of exceeding customer expectations wherever possible by providing the right resource to the right place at the right time.
